About Kenny
Kenny is a certified Personal and Strength Trainer with a Sports Nutrition and
Medical Exercise certificate from the Exercise Science Alliance. He attended
West Forsyth High School and North Carolina A&T University, where he played
varsity basketball and graduated from Salem College. In 2005, Kenny founded
K.O.’s Family Fitness, a fitness studio in Winston-Salem, North Carolina,
offering personalized training. With Kenny’s input, his clients achieve
physical and mental fitness. Kenny is driven, energized and a natural
motivator. He is a member of the IDEA Health and Fitness Association.
